Install Tawkit on an Android phone or tablet

Download the APK on the phone, tap it in Downloads, allow the install, then open Tawkit from the app list and choose your city.

1. Download the APK on the phone from the download page: Android 5 to 14 the main file, Android 15 and 16 the ARM64 file.
2. Open the Downloads folder and tap the APK.
3. Allow the install when Android asks (apps from this source).
4. Follow the prompts on the screen.
5. Open Tawkit from the app list, choose your country and city.

If Tawkit was already installed, uninstall the old version first.

On iPhone

There is no APK for iPhone: use the web version in Safari and add it to the home screen.
