Which APK file to download

Android 5 to 14: the main APK. Android 15 and 16: the ARM64 APK. If the app doesn't open on your device, try the old version 9.61.

Tawkit is not on Google Play: you download the APK file from the download page.

Which file

• Android 5 to 14: Tawkit 9.63 Android 05/14 (the main file).
• Android 15 and 16: Tawkit 9.63 Android 15/16 ARM64.
• The app doesn't open on your device: the old version Tawkit 9.61.

Some devices need a specific APK version: try the one that suits your device.

Find your Android version

Open Settings → About (on TV boxes: Settings → Device preferences → About) and look for "Android version".

The "db" number

The file name ends with a number like db084: it is the version of the city database. It goes up when cities are added, even if the app version stays the same.

Before installing

Uninstall the old version first, then install the new one. To keep your settings, export them before.
