Start again with clean settings

Android: Settings → Apps → Tawkit → Storage → Clear data. ZIP or web version: clear the browser's site data. Export your settings first if you want to keep them.

If the settings are mixed up and you want to start again from zero:

1. Save first what you want to keep: export your settings.
2. Android (APK): open Settings → Apps → Tawkit → Storage and tap Clear data. Or uninstall and reinstall the app.
3. ZIP or web version: in the browser settings, clear the site data (cookies and storage) for the Tawkit page.
4. Open Tawkit again and choose your country and city.
